Q: Do you have ___________ in stock?
A: We stock components to make our most common items. Traditional trophies, plaques in various sizes, customizable medals, and our most popular gift items. Because of our ability to print custom columns, inserts, and plaques, we are usually able to provide awards for any type of event possible without having to order components. Specialty items like resin statues, glass/crystal, etc… typically have to be ordered. There are thousands of award options available and it would be impossible to keep them all in stock.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround time depends on several factors. Quantity and complexity of your order, backlog, and warehouse availability. We do our best to be as efficient as possible. Like every other industry, supply chain issues have affected our ability to get certain items, especially late in the season. Until things improve, we highly recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss availability especially if there are specific specialty items you are looking for. Standard plaques, traditional trophies, and other items that we custom design from components that we keep in-house will not have this problem.
Q: Do you recycle trophies?
A: At this time we do not. This may be something that we look into doing in the future, but we do not have the capacity for it at this time. We do not know of anyone in the area that recycles them unfortunately.
Q: What is the price of ________________?
A: As much as we would love to have a complete price list on our website, it would be impossible. With thousands of options and the price of components changing so rapidly as of late, there is just no way. However, it is super easy to get a cost for your specific needs!
